SUNDAY REFLECTIONS

Add to your faith………this is possible if we do this:

2 PETER 1: 5 – 7 “BUT ALSO FOR THIS VERY REASON, GIVING ALL DILIGENCE, ADD TO YOUR FAITH VIRTUE, TO VIRTUE KNOWLEDGE, TO KNOWLEDGE SELF-CONTROL, TO SELF-CONTROL PERSEVERANCE, TO PERSEVERANCE GODLINESS, TO GODLINESS BROTHERLY KINDNESS, AND TO BROTHERLY KINDNESS LOVE.”

We believe in the LORD JESUS, therefore we have faith. But this scripture says to add to your faith. This means it is something on our part that we do. And it says to do with all diligence. We are to do the above being devoted to it, to be steady in it, to be earnest making all effort to add to our faith.

Honestly, as MOM’S we think nothing of adding and adding more to our already busy schedules……..but this adding to our faith is even more important. May we ponder this today……this Mother’s Day. And may you with all diligence continue to add to your faith.
