CHOOSE TO SEE WHAT IS

Choose to see what is, because in the beginning was the word and the word was GOD!  Our nation right now is in turmoil with woke ideas and gender confusion.  All of which prove a couple of things…….that we are under GOD’S divine judgement and that HE has allowed people to succumb to a depraved mind.  Just look at where we are with our cities in moral corruption and decay. 

These days the radicals are telling us what we should see, even though our own eyes tell us different.  Street mayhem?  No that’s a peaceful protest.   And how about it is a good thing to let out all the criminals to roam our streets and continue to hurt and kill our law abiding citizens.   We don’t need police, we need social workers.  Really?  Is this the truth of what our eyes see?

As Christians praying for GOD’S discernment, we need to choose to see things as they are.  And so we choose the truth in righteousness.  We need the truth to guide us now in society more than ever.  We also need GOD’S strength and boldness to speak out against false truths.

PSALM 12: 6  “THE WORDS OF THE LORD ARE PURE WORDS, LIKE SILVER REFINED IN A FURNACE ON THE GROUND, PURIFIED SEVEN TIMES.”

If you read your Bible daily, then you see right in front of you the absolute truth of the word of GOD!  There is absolutely no doubt what GOD’S word says.  It is tried and true to this day, an eternal guide for the one who believes. 

Sometimes we will miss what is right in front of us, so be aware of the enemy’s schemes that come in all forms. 

CHOOSE TO SEE THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.

Remember satan in the Garden?  Remember when he said in GENESIS 3: 1:   “did GOD really say…….”  Our society today places the same doubt right in front of us, but is there any truth in it??  Most often it is a twisted truth, due to this twisted generation of ours.

Even JESUS said back in the day the following…….

MATTHEW 17:17  “O FAITHLESS AND TWISTED GENERATION, HOW LONG AM I TO BE WITH YOU?  HOW LONG AM I TO BEAR WITH YOU?”

JESUS will bear with HIS people……..till the current earth ends and the new earth begins where HE will dwell with us in all of HIS glory and righteousness!

Choose to see things today as they are, crooked and perverse.  Call these things out because it is why we are here…….to be that light in all the darkness surrounding us.  Pray that you see clearly and are not easily deceived.   Pray that you will continue to show HIS love in the world, in spite of what you see!  Don’t let these things discourage you, rather be filled with the courage that only JESUS can give!

PHILIPPIANS 1: 20  “……..BUT THAT WITH FULL COURAGE NOW AS ALWAYS CHRIST BE HONORED IN MY BODY.”

We need to be bold, now more than ever.  Call things out when the truth is being twisted.  Expose those falsehoods you see with your very own eyes. Choose to see things clearly and measure everything against the GOD-breathed word.  Because only truth will set you free and will set other sinners free as well.

EMBRACE THE TRUTH, REPEAT THE TRUTH, STAND UP FOR THE TRUTH

Our truth is like none other.  Our truth transcends all of time.  Truth is to be cherished so we need to embrace it and write it upon our hearts.  The truth of GOD will stand the test of time and HIS word remains eternal. Choose to see GOD’S spoken word right there in front of you, right there in your open Bible.  HIS truth meets us daily, right where we are, so be drawn to it, embrace it and live it out with all your heart, mind and soul.

1 SAMUEL  12: 16  “NOW THEREFORE STAND STILL AND SEE THIS GREAT THING THAT THE LORD WILL DO BEFORE YOUR EYES.”
