MERRY CHRISTMAS!

It is interesting to me that one of my final posts would fall on Christmas Day!  It is just a wonderful reminder how GOD’S love has been so abundant for me this past year.  And because the LORD is abundant in HIS mercies and grace then we are able to:

Have as much of GOD as we want!

Every other religion in our world says that works will save them, believing that all you need to be is a “good person”.  But only one faith says that works don’t get you into Heaven……

Only the GOSPEL of JESUS CHRIST will get you there.

Because there is only one way to the FATHER:  through the SON.  Christianity might seem narrow minded, but the real treasure is in the gift of eternal salvation that the Messiah, IMMANUEL:  GOD WITH US…….brings us!  GOD…….SAVES…….US!

The Christian faith says that faith in the SON of GOD redeems us, yes, it is a free gift to all who take it and when you ask JESUS into your heart along with the forgiveness of sin, then HE comes to you. Invite HIM into your heart, right now……..HE is waiting with open arms!

We are all terminal.  Only JESUS saves us from an eternal death and since HE died for you, yes you……and me, then our sins are forgiven.  Thank HIM for standing in the gap for you…….HE is the ultimate Shepherd for all…….all of us who are lost and in need of a Savior.  And HIS wisdom trumps any other worldly wisdom……. just open the Bible and see!

We decorate our Christmas Trees every year, but let’s not forget the ultimate tree of sin that JESUS died upon!  Our Christmas Tree is overshadowed by another tree – the Cross, where redemption occurred for humanity.

So how is the state of your soul this year dear one?  I ask because all of us should be more concerned with the state of our souls than anything else this season.  This Christmas, commit to celebrating JESUS every single day, for the rest of your life.  Chose to follow HIM and make HIM an everyday reality.  Let HIS spirit of love find you right where you are.  Confess your sin, take HIS hand and start to live in the freedom of your sins being forgiven!  Only JESUS CHRIST can give us such an incredible gift!

Christians are no different than anyone else on this planet…….they are broken and hurting people too.  The only difference, is that they know where they are going after they die and whose they are:  forgiven and treasured children of GOD!

And because GOD chooses to always be with us, we can have as much of JESUS as we want if we open our hearts and minds to HIM.

REVELATION 21: 3 “NOW THE DWELLING OF GOD IS WITH MEN, AND HE WILL LIVE WITH THEM.  THEY WILL BE HIS PEOPLE, AND GOD HIMSELF WILL BE WITH THEM AND BE THEIR GOD.”

HE IS WITH YOU…….

BE WITH HIM……..

AS MUCH AS YOU WANT……..
